"You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! "This property is no good for older people, only one access card available the area is no good for visitors, area is too dark at night. My travel mate ended up falling into an unseen garden bed and breaking his collar bone (2 breaks) And lacerated ear. 22 stitches.
