"Front desk staff was absolutely first class. While affable Ms. Tee is the one who handled my check-in, her colleague was equally all smiles and welcoming. They both donned new beautiful blue dresses ( I had stayed with them a couple of years ago). Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Ms. Tee spoke fluent English with a beautiful accent. My wife (who is Thai) and I felt very welcome by these two wonderful ladies. Our room was 1818 on December 14-15, 2024 because we had reservations at nearby Asia...

"Room was clean. No table for working on laptop. Not much of a view as the balcony was overlooking the carpark area. Lots of coaches at the carpark. Staff was able to speak English and some Mandarin. Did not try the breakfast though. Gym NEEDS a dumbbell rack. Please upgrade the gym with a dumbbell rack."

"The reason i picked this hotel, i stayed there 8yrs ago its close to the airport, when i arrived this time there was broken down cars in the carpark, all the facia on the roof was hanging off and swinging about in the wind, the gardens were all overgrown the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned since probably the last time i was there 8yrs ago, the rooms where filthy and it was the same decor 8yrs ago, the bedsheets where all stained and smelt mouldy. I checked out early and stayed in the airport."

"Not very close to the airport as it seemed. Grab/Bolt was the best option to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle offered was too expensive. Overall, nice big units and you can't go wrong if you'd like to stay in this part of the city. "
