"The level of service was amazing, the staff were friendly and top notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The food was great, but unfortunately we were only there long enough for one breakfast, so can't speak to long term variety. The dinner cruise was outstanding. Easy river shuttle service to connwctions to get around and see the sights, if you're inclined. One of the days we stayed was my birthday, and the hotel and staff made it a memorable one. 10/10, would stay again AND recommend it...

"My wife and I found the hotel, the staff, the concierge, restaurants and pool as well as our room beat all of our expectations. It really was fantastic and if you love a great cup of coffee the cappuccino at the veranda restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere in the world. "
