The photos during booking give a sense of space and common areas like a roof top lounge; however, once you get there you realize it’s more like an apartment and you only have access to your small unit. The only thing that brought this rating down was the bathroom which was small, the type with no shower curtain, but we managed and would go back for the location close to Platinum Mall and many small shops."

"We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "
