I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice. It would be great if they could update some areas like the pool shower. There was no hot water in one and also no soap. Breakfast was delicious and the area was close to malls and trains.

I was racially discriminated against in the hotel. I along with my partner were the only Black Americans staying in the hotel. When I arrived to my room from shopping there was a later in my room stating that there is no marijauna usage in the hotel. Me nor my spouse smoke marijauna and I spoke to the front desk manager about the letter. I will not be staying here again.

The property pics on Expedia is misleading. Upon arrival the check in counter was located on ground floor and we felt the hotel AC near hotel check-in area was not working. We thought it could be something else may be we were too hot and didn’t feel the AC blowing. Anyhow we got keys from the staff and we took the elevator to floor 19. Upon entering the elevators we saw elevators were dirty. As soon as we entered the room it looked nothing like they show pictures on Expedia. The rooms had old carpet, old broken furniture. Shower was a mess. Shower tub was dirty. Ceiling had paint chipping. I told my wife it was not fair that they gave us this kind of room. We worked hard for vaccinations and we planned this trip very carefully. We called Expedia about our room conditions and from one call center they routed my call to some manager who tried asking me what was going on and I explained them what we were experiencing. He called the manager at the hotel and she called our room and offered us room cleaning service but i told them room was a mess and nothing like what they showed us online. At one point I demanded Expedia to cancel my booking and find me something else. After couple of hours of back and forth manager reached us and told us they will give us one of the premium hotel room that is renovated in floor 22. Upon talking to staff they told us they have couple of floors recently renovated but rest is all old. I was happy with staff customer service, breakfast and location

Initially I did not like our room, it had a weird smell and overall vibe was not good. I went down to customer service desk and they were more than happy to move me into their newly renovated rooms which was far better then my first room. They are working on renovating their entire hotel. Customer service was awesome and staff is outstanding! the only reason I liked my stay was the staff and breakfast buffet options. I looked forward for my breakfast every morning because to items offered. Again the staff at this hotel is awesome and outstanding.
