Property and room were great. Restaurant was not good. Very slow, did not get our order correct. Our meals came out at different times and only when I asked where the other dish was. If you don’t go to the restaurant then this peppery is excellent but with the high quality you would expect a decent restaurant and service.

No Halal food is available and we were told that halal food is available secondly shuttle service was not provided at all so we needed to pay $75 Au dollars for taxis which was a rip off we ll never book this place again they very expensive with no service at all

The hotel was fine, we didn’t need any more, however biggest disappointment was the shuttle service. The whole point in booking an airport hotel is for convenience, however we waited nearly an hour for the airport shuttle to take us to the hotel. It comes as set times with often hourly intervals, even thought it is only 5/10 min drive away, this certainly causes frustration as we just wanted to get to hotel and we were told the reason it was 10/15 mins after scheduled time was due to traffic, if we had known would have just jumped in a cab but struggled to get a straight answer from staff at airport as to when it would arrive so we’re just left waiting. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason (worth noting transfer to airport following morning was fine, albeit because they don’t run frequently there is a lack of space in the van and we had to take bags on laps etc)

This is my second time staying at this hotel, both times I arrived late (first time around midnight this time my flight was delayed and I arrived at 2am), if you stay near the airport for next day flight OR need to spend a night at hotel after arriving late this is the hotel. 24-7 room service and the food is excellent. Easy check in and easy to get transportation to and from airport. Great place to stay!!!

With an early morning international flight, we wanted to stay close enough to the airport to get some sleep before a long day of flying. Our room was ready early, the free shuttle from airport to hotel was great and the hotel was awesome value for what we paid. The only negative is the hotel is an industrial area with no night life or restaurants. But it served our purposes perfectly and the hotel is undergoing upgrades and other exciting features. If you’re looking for a great place to spend a night between flights this one is a gem! Staff are great!

Hotel is close to BKK airport. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Lobby and room are great. Very clean. It is only a quick $6 ride from the airport but every communication from them and ad about them stresses free airport shuttle service. Don't plan on it. It is impossible to contact them by any means to schedule or attempt to find out what the schedule is. It runs on an regular schedule, so if you arrive at the hotel by another means, you may be able to use it to get to the airport, but don't plan on using it to get from the airport to the hotel. Just take a cab or Grab
