Service at front desk was friendly and somewhat effective But check out took a very long time (15 to 20 minutes) and I was the only one at the front desk. The hotel is well located and included self parking . "

"Rooms were old and worn but service was good. We originally were placed in a smoking room in a bad location - double bad. They immediately moved us to an upgraded room in a nonsmoking area which we appreciated. We appreciated their willingness to help call taxis and the location was great, just a quick walk to food and the skytrain station!"
