"We had a seamless check-in experience and were warmly welcomed by the polite staff. Our one bedroom suite was well-appointed with a full kitchen. After a long and tiring flight, we appreciated the convenience of ordering delicious food from Monsoon restaurant on the ground floor directly to our room. The ability to store leftovers and reheat them the next day was an added bonus. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room, even though the hotel is in a busy location, was so quiet. No noise from other rooms or from the street. We slept really well here. The coffee shop on the ground floor was another pleasant discovery, serving up great coffee and pastries to start our day. Our room was impeccably equipped with everything we needed – we couldn't think of a single amenity that was lacking. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the skytrain was just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the city. Our only disappointment was the inconsistent hot water supply in the shower, particularly at the end of the day. Nevertheless, we would happily return to this hotel and recommend it to others. "

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
