"Spacious room with great city view. Hotel maid was very helpful, providing coffee and paper cups on days between room cleaning. Fantastic location - great restaurants within a few blocks walk, close to Michigan Ave and Riverwalk. "

Was upgraded to a suite when check-in was slightly delayed. The river view! The window seats! The varied lounging and dining options! Bed was cozy. Bathroom well appointed. Fireplace in lobby was perfect gathering place. Will return next time I'm in Chicago."
