"It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions. We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay. "

"This was the best stay that we had in all of our travels through Europe. The room was spacious, clean and cool. The host was amazing every morning he would cook for us, Whatever we wanted for breakfast. He helped us guide our way through the city helped us find the easiest ways back-and-forth and every day would give us advice. It was a wonderful stay and we were able to check in at 1:30 in the morning. He catered to every need! I would definitely stay there again!"

"Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"It was interesting and charming experience. The place is family run in an old house with character rooms. The rooms were nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable with expensive good quality linens. We had nice view from our window. Father, mother and son were all nice and helpful if to provide tips and suggestions. We had three mornings with breakfast where all family serve itTeh father was especially nice offering something different every morning to try new, be it specific cheese from...
