Perfect location just off the Ponte Vecchio, towards the Pitti Palace, the hotel is walkable to everything. The staff were helpful, friendly, professional, and in particular, the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate my food allergies. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Lovely location, very friendly staff, the sky bar was so much fun. The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. This is a good, if quirky hotel, but we enjoyed our stay here. We were in a garden facing (Superior) room, and the revelation of this location for us was that it was so quiet. Florence is a very busy city, and can feel a bit overwhelming, but once into the hotel, all the noise and hubbub of the city disappears and all you hear is the bird song. The room was clear and comfortable and we slept like logs. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant for dinner which we didn’t use, but the roof top terrace and bar is terrific. Really lovely spot. Locally, Ponte Vecchio is a couple of minutes walk and the city is all very walkable from here. Also, lots of restaurants locally (we particularly like ‘Il Pacchero’ which did superb pizza’s!

Great location. Unfortunately no AC which meant window needed to be open, very busy street making it difficult to sleep. WiFi was very poor signal. Overall most people would like enjoy significantly but wasn’t the right fit for me since I needed internet access and need temp control. Staff was nice.
