"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel David. The room was cute, bed comfortable and the pillows were great! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. I'd have preferred the eggs and bacon be cooked through - but that's likely just me. There were lots of yummy pastries as well. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "The property is right on a piazza and the windows are old school making it a little noisy at night and in the morning when the church bells ring. It was also a hefty walk from the train station over bumpy streets if you have luggage. Having said that the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great and it was SUPER cool staying in a historic monastery."
