"I was asked what time I would like to check in, I requested 2pm the reply said I suggested 4pm! I asked to leave luggage at 1pm but no one got there until 2 and said check in is at 3 but they’re running late. Expedia has 2pm check in. They charge early check in fees but you don’t get anything if they’re late! I sat there over an hour and still no cleaners. I was told 2 of them would do the job so it’s quicker. There was only one guy! Apt. was rushed cleaned in about 1 hour and ready at 5:30....

"Fantastic top floor apartment in medieval building just beyond the Palazzo Pitti on the quieter side of the Arno. There's a cafe and a supermarket nearby, a very popular pizzeria and Santo Spirito 5 minutes away and the heart of the city is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5, great cooking facilities and a neat and tidy bathroom. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Florence. "
