"Away from the tourity areas and in a quiet location "

"Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"It's not a hotel, but B&B in old villa house. If you want to have some experience in Italian life in local house, it is a good choice. But it is not a hotel and so sometime you feel inconvenience."

We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. "It was interesting and charming experience. The place is family run in an old house with character rooms. The rooms were nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable with expensive good quality linens. We had nice view from our window. Father, mother and son were all nice and helpful if to provide tips and suggestions.
