We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay. "

"This was the best stay that we had in all of our travels through Europe. The room was spacious, clean and cool. The host was amazing every morning he would cook for us, Whatever we wanted for breakfast. He helped us guide our way through the city helped us find the easiest ways back-and-forth and every day would give us advice. It was a wonderful stay and we were able to check in at 1:30 in the morning. He catered to every need! I would definitely stay there again!"

"Away from the tourity areas and in a quiet location "

"It is a lovely spot, very nice neighborhood. House was nice a good size for 6 to 8 people, 3 water closets are a plus.Just a little tough to communicate with host. Does not speak English but figured it out with her towards the end. Also a lot of stairs & the chair lift does not operate."

"It was calm staying in this area south of Porta Romana for nearly 2 months. Area is accessible by buses to the city center. The apartment was practical, well-equipped and also decorated nicely. The host is a thoughtful and helpful lady. Given the opportunity, I would stay there again in the future."
