"It was interesting and charming experience. The place is family run in an old house with character rooms. The rooms were nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable with expensive good quality linens. "Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement. The place has a great potential that could offer better. "
