The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again."

"Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. There are pubs nearby, coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay easy. My one complaint is that the Wi-Fi service is not the best, so if you have out-of-country service, getting a connection might be rough. But overall, a great place to stay, and I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in London!"
