At 10am on a Sunday morning, the buffet was depleted and was not refilled or refreshed in the 45 minutes we were there - everything was cold and when we told the manageress she only then noticed that the heaters had been turned off! "The Gyle was a perfect location, steps away from King’s Cross and Euston stations. I stayed on the 3rd level. Quite steep steps to carry up luggage. The room itself was very small, though OK for me as I was traveling solo. The compact space was used well. Keep in mind this hotel is located in a townhouse so the walls can be quite thin. Enjoyed the breakfast included. Enjoyed that the bar was open 24 hours! Staff was pleasant. Would stay again the next time I’m in London. "
