"We stayed here one night before flying home after a cruise. The front desk staff were wonderful! Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and a mini fridge right in the room. The tv provided a lot of channels. The hotel offered a free shuttle within 1.5 miles of the hotel. We used it to go for dinner at Rustic. There are quite a few restaurants within the 1.5 miles. Our driver Nancy was a joy to spend those few minutes with. Breakfast was pretty good. It’s what you would expect. Loved the Texas state shaped waffles! There are hot and cold options, juice and coffee/tea. Restaurant was clean. If I had to stay in downtown Houston again, I would definitely stay here. "

We stayed the whole day and night at the swim up bar and next day hung out at the music restaurant that had a warm, cozy atmosphere and amazing music and friendly patrons and bartenders. Highly recommend!"
