"Our check in time was 3 pm. After a long 10 hour drive to the Omni Hotel our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in. I was told there will be a 15 minute wait for cleaning. I waited 15 minutos and then another 15 minutes and had to get up and ask for an update of my room and was told its been ready. If hotels are quick and strict about check out time then check in should be as well. Was not compensated in any way for the wait. "

"LOVED our stay here! Welcomed with bottles of water, offered a choice of creek side or highway side (we went creek side, and never heard anything from the highway at all, didn't even wake up from a bad thunderstorm one night), room had earplugs & a noise machine just in case. Wow! Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly, felt very safe & secure the whole time. This will absolutely be our go-to hotel when we need to be in this part of Dallas from now on."
