Room had a full Kitchen with Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, etc. The staff in warm, friendly, welcoming, etc. They did everything to make my stay enjoyable. It is walk able to restaurants, transportation, etc. They do offer valet if needed but you pay extra for it. If I was to return to Houston I would stay there again, It is worth the money!!!!

Nice room with a small kitchen. It has a small apartment feel. The place was clean. My only complaint was the bed. Too uncomfortable. The mattress has an "inflatable" bouncy feel to it. Not good for my lower back. Besides that, it's a nice place in a convenient, walkable, and accessible area in downtown.

We love to stay downtown when we come to Houston. This was our first stay at Rusk House and we will definitely stay again. Price was great, room was fab, bed was comfy, curtains were dark, and location was perfect. Free coffee was a bonus.

I would have enjoyed the property more if my room was clean. Each day that I stayed, I found more & more hair in different places. The room was just not properly cleaned at all. Due to it being a conference there wasn’t an option for me to change rooms. The staff is friendly and has a willingness to help. The room was just not up to par at all.
