"We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel!! My husband and I loved our time here. All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have anything you need and answer any questions you might have! Such great customer service including the airport transfer. Thank you to Sofia and Ken for making our transfer as smooth as possible as our flight was delayed multiple times. They communicated through WhatsApp and ensured our ride was waiting for us when we finally arrived at the airport in Hanoi. We were also offered a free room upgrade and they moved our bags for us while we explored the city. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter within walking distance of attractions including train street. There is also a great free breakfast buffet with a menu you can order off to have your meal prepared by a chef if preferred. Thank you for the unbelievable customer service and for making our stay very memorable 🙏"

"We had an incredible stay at JM Marvel in Hanoi! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I had mentioned in passing that my partner was feeling unwell and checked in with us throughout if she needed anything—such a thoughtful touch. Ny who was our main contact point was amazing. He was super communicative and went out of his way to help us explore the city, giving us great recommendations and even helping us book a vehicle to get to the airport. It made everything so much easier and stress-free. I wish I remembered everyone's names.. but Ny's male colleague with the glasses was also a very helpful person. I also appreciated the kind young women in the morning who were attentive and asking us if we needed anything on the way out of the hotel in the morning. This level of care and attention to detail is what sets JM Marvel apart. I can't say enough, highly recommend staying here if you want exceptional service in Hanoi! My partner and I can't really imagine staying anywhere else here."
