Very nice hotel located in a great spot in Hanoi just off the lake and on a really quiet street. Staff were amazing and catered to our every need. Rooms were fantastic, I couldn’t fault them! Hanoi is a really busy and traffic filled city so finding a nice place where we could chill and get a quiet nights sleep was so welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Anyone looking for the best hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, look no further than L’Signature Hotel. I have stayed in several hotels in Hanoi, and this by far exceeds them all. I booked this hotel several hours prior to check in, and upon arrival, I was treated like a king. Each staff member was warm and personable. I was surprised by a free room upgrade, assisted by the front desk with printing several emails, and given a farewell gift upon my departure. From the rooftop bar to an incredible breakfast served in the 12th floor, this hotel is unique and is set apart from the rest. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, and within a very short walk to Lake Hoan Kiem, this hotel serves up a master class in hospitality and warmth. I’ll only be staying here for all my future Hanoi visits.

The hotel is new and of the highest standard. It is well staffed and they are polite, attentive and most helpful (but not intrusive). It is in the best location with culinary, sightseeing and shopping precincts at the doorstep. Breakfast is sensational. Staff were extremely sweet and helpful. We received a little gift when leaving from them which was much appreciated. The room is very clean and modern and the mattress is very comfortable. It’s situated near lots of shops, down the road from a lake and a 15 min from train road. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi was not hot so was unable to use this, but apart from that it was a very pleasant stay and I would defiantly stay again if I was to ever pass through.
