"Loved the hotel. The spa facilities were great, especially the early morning access to sauna and steam room as well as the pool. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the area as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with easy links into central London. "

"The hotel staff was wonderful, helped us cancel the last night after my wife got sick and we had to go home early. Room is small but fine, main issue is that there is only one elevator working, and from what other guests say its been like that for months. Need to get that fixed!"

"Handy location, modern hotel, well equipped and comfortable rooms. Staff attentive and welcoming. Bar on roof has a great view and vibe, although a bit pricey. Breakfast was very good quality but let down by limited choices and frustrating service. "
