What I didn’t like that they offer a restaurant service for dinner when you get there they only have 2 dishes to offer hamburgers and hod dog if you ask for something else they don’t have nothing I think is better that the front desk don’t even offer that until they have something else to offer to the clients "

"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "Séjour formidable à Bayahibe à l'hôtel El pulpo qui dispose d'un environnement très bien situé proche de tout. Des restaurants, de la plage, des boutiques, des excursions. L'hôtel est basic avec peu d'équipements mais avec une équipe formidable qui est arrangeante et au petit soin avec ses clients. Il serait bien de mettre à la disposition de la clientèle, un micro-onde ainsi q'une bouilloire qui changerait leurs conditions sur place. Le café et le thé sont servis le matin en quantité...

"Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long. "

"If you’re just looking for a room, it’s okay. However, it’s quite strange to rent a Bed & Breakfast and then be asked in the morning if you’ve paid for the breakfast. Also, no fruit available in the morning—while not a huge issue, it’s something to note. Overall, the place could use a bit more attention and care."
