"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the great food and the comfortable rooms. Also, it was much quieter meaning we had a restful stay. "Really cool modern property, only can access the floor you're staying on and common areas so great for safety. The only odd thing was the open-concept floor plan - no door for the bathroom! It's tucked away behind a wall so still private from the bed but no door. Otherwise beautiful decor and felt upscale for a moderate price. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. "

"This hotel has a very high end feel about it. Attentive staff and door attendants. Our room was nice and quiet and it was serviced daily by the time we returned to our room. A note though - the minibar fridge was small in our room and full of hotel products for sale. We needed to empty the minibar partially to find room in the fridge for our drinks. "
