"Reasonable price and very clean. A bit loud from noise within the premises whether it was other guests or loud appliances from downstairs at all hours. Please remove the zipties holding signs on the "Slippery when wet" signs on the railing of the staircase to enter the property. I received two very large cuts to my hands caused by the jagged edges of these zipties."

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). "Great queen bed sized accomodation , clean , good sized with all the amenities. Ensuite bathroom was sufficient although the room I stayed in required the handy man to fix the wc paper holder as it couldn't hold the roll eproperly and the vent grills in the bathroom require cleaning they are full of dirt / dust and grime and while these are up high out of eyesight, it reflects poorly on the overall aesthetic I'm sure management are trying to upheld ! "I wasn't able to stay as I wasn't able to check in. Despite multiple messages and phone calls to the host they never picked up or replied to messages. I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for.
