Firat off, the location is great and central. Very close and walking distance to main attractions. The restaurant Salted Egg is also great for breakfast. The Asian fusion/influenced dishes were yummy. However. I complained about my room being dusty which made me sneeze a lot whenever I was in the room and was promised the room would be dusted when we were out, this didn't happen. The cups, teaspoons and anything that was out was dusty. One of the teaspoons had what looked like chocolate streaks on it, which was disgusting. That showed me that the cleaning crew was not thorough. Pretty much only made up the bed and change the towels. Used the teapot and this wasn't cleaned either. Came back the next day with the used teabag still in the teapot. Felt a bit cheated when I ordered Aperol Spritz at the rooftop bar Q. Saw the bartender with my own eyes poured soda water instead of prosecco for my drink. Not impressed. And I had to ask for the complimentary bottle of wine which was included in my booking. Again, not impressed.

Location was very good for the Marvel Stadium. The rooms were nice and modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a mini bar which was welcomed as many hotels have removed them which is annoying. The rooftop bar is a great facility with terrible service and it tainted our stay enormously.

Receptionist at check-in was super. When I mentioned it was my daughters birthday treat, staying overnight after going to a show we were up graded and had a great room. Clean and very comfortable beds and lovely room amenities!

It is conveniently located near Southern Cross. The desk staff/Q-Rators are outstanding and very accomodating. The room was comfortable though there was confusion about whether minibar items were to be made available. The room and linens were clean and aircon easy to use. Some of the features on the welcome screen didn't work including the Kevin Murphy hair tips. My checkout was at 11am but the cleaner knocked on my door to see if I was still there at 9.15. I found that unnerving.

Hotel itself was good. Clean with everything you need for a weekend stay. Rooftop bar was great with a good happy hour. Sadly the Area around the hotel was not so good. Very loud music from nearby nightclubs into the early hours making it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Whilst the hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, I found the area around it to be very seedy and not they type of area I would like to hang around in. It was also a little bit of a walk to get to Southern Cross or Flinders Street Stations, and trams weren’t always frequent. Apart from that the staff were always super helpful and accommodating, and the room was absolutely stunning.

Nice hotel in good area and lovely staff. I like a bit of air movement in my room when sleeping but the air con doesn’t work like that. I still had a nice sleep though. Pool is decent. Will stay again.
