"Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend "

"Hotel was great! Very walkable to lots of dining, shopping and the Australian Open grounds. Housekeeping did a great job and service was unmatched!"

"The hotel is in a need for renovation. The bathrooms are way too old. We visited the hotel also about 7 years ago and it’s aging quickly. It’s conveniently located within a walking distance to the grounds of Australian Open tennis tournament (the reason for our staying there), but for the next visit to Melbourne we will select a different hotel."

"Not bad but not as smooth as other Intercontinental hotels. The small things feel lacking. Pillows not soft, breakfast buffet somewhat disorganized and missing basic items such as cereal, granola or bowl, housekeeping forget things. So yes that’s a bit petty but you come here hoping these things are just taken care of. "

"Very well designed studio room. Very quiet. Restaurant serves an awesome breakfast & coffee. Would like to see a dedicated elevator for the hotel staff. It could be a long wait when the housekeeping staff was going to their floors w/ the carts. More hooks & towel racks needed in the bathroom if you’re participating in the towel reuse program."
