"The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,"

"The apartment was amazing with excellent views, location and facilities. The beds were excellent and the pool, spa and sauna were outstanding. The building itself had some issues. One, sometimes, two out of three lifts were not working which made travel very slow. The gym was out of action and there was no communication about this prior to arrival which was disappointing with no alternative gym access provided. The pool was a bit bare of somewhere to put your things or spare towels. No jets...
