"At check in i asked the very helpful,friendly efficienct lady if a i could have a room next to my mate. No problem she also upgaded my room and early check in at no extra cost. With this service,location and a good price my son and i will be back when staying in Melbourne. Just a very simple greeting and giving a little extra help from the lovely lady is great customer service. A big Five Stars."

"Parking very convenient to hotel and shopping. Loved the 11am checkout time. One small improvement is that you could specify on your website that the car parking allows you to stay parked until midnight on the day that you checkout as this was not clear when booking - otherwise everything was excellent especially the staff who were quick, efficient and clear with instructions and information."

"Quincy Hotel is in a great location, with lovely facilities. What made this stay for me was the amazing staff, friendly, helpful and remembered who I was. I could not fault it. The rooms could do with a little TLC and the minibar restocked more often but, dont let this deter you. The value for money was great."
