"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."
