"So for context the proximity of this location to the heart of times square was perfect. The amenities that was offered was nice such as wine tasting on Tuesday's. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I thought they were trying to pull a whammy when I requested a refrigerator to store my milk they said it would be 30$ charge for each night of my stay. Also if you have food that needs to be warmed up via microwave there's a 30$ a night fee. 😤"

"Very nice stay at this Westin in Times Square! The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The room was very nice and roomy for a NYC hotel. We had to ask twice for towels to be brought to us, since there weren't enough in the room for the number of people in it (4). There was also an extra charge of $35 every day that I wasn't aware of before booking - that needs to be in big letters somewhere. Overall, a nice stay!"

"The room was small and very tight with a king size bed and an oversized chair in the corner, that made it hard to access one side of the bed. The bathroom was very small as well but managable. Both the room and bathroom were up to date and very clean. The mirrored surfaces helped to make the small space a little brighter and all were nicely polished. The bedding was clean and very comfortable as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy so didn't have much interaction with the staff. But...
