"Tiny motel with accessible parking lot, mc donalds next door, decent neighborhood. Located on a main road, 20 minutes away from prudential center. Not recommended for kids but couples. "

"Bedding had holes and stains on, was washed but horrible looking. Door was not tight, had about a 3/4 “ space of play. Had a chain lock. I had to put a chair under handle to feel a little safer. Had to twist light bulb to turn off and on. If we would known the area and had time and money to find another place we would have! Not recommended!!!"

"The room was very clean and a good size. We appreciated having a refrigerator and a small table in the room. The staff were friendly. Our only complaint was there was no temperature control, so the room was a little warm for our liking, but overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for attending Broadway shows."

"Such a great location nice and quiet yet close to transport, restaurants and the hotel has its own. Very clean and great service. Short distance to all attractions like, Time Square, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, 9/11 Museum and so much more. Perfect place to stay."

"For a NYC hotel, this was a wonderful place. It was clean and rather spacious. The walls were very thin, but that is pretty common in New York, just bring a sound machine. The streets outside were quiet, and I feel like it was a safer area altogether."

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little overwhelmed. I understand it happens sometimes, but the rude employee never apologized or even acknowledged me again while I waited, like he told me to do. The other worker helped get our luggage to the room. Other than that isolated incident, the service and experience were great, as usual. "
