"Very nice hotel conveniently located in the main train station area, and is even connected to the station via the underground passageway. Abundance of shops and restaurants all around and in the massive station itself. Good transportation links for travel within Kyoto and for day trips out of the area, to Nara, Osaka, even Hiroshima etc. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had nice rooms and good amenities including laundry service, or option of self-service laundromat (which was very easy to use and had ample machines). Highly recommend."
