Only issue is the cleaning of the sofa bed, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time and when we opened it up I had to give it a proper vacuum and we had to request a new mattress protector as it was dirty and sheets/ duvet cover that weren’t with spare duvet and cushions. The staff sorted it quickly and were super helpful. "
