Liked the breakfast, friendly staff and the mini-gym. Didn’t like the insufficient parking and the service didn’t refresh room amenities such as water and biscuits.

Stayed for overnight trip to Deepdale. Hotel is ideally sited for a short walk from Preston Mainline Rail Station and Deepdale itself. Nice bar and eating area and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for what was required and was very reasonable in price. Staff are all welcoming and friendly especially Lorraine at the Breakfast Room welcoming guests in the morning.

the room was so hot the beds were two singles joined together and the next morning the cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking on the door ! overall worst experience of staying in a hotel won’t be staying again
