"Hotel was booked for convience and had used before. Booking in was straight forward. Room was closer to reception this time which was great. The only issue was that one large towel looked dirty like it had make up on with mascara. We did try to ring reception but the phone in the room didn’t work and when rang the hotel from my mobile it cut of twice after a long while no body answering . "Service was good, friendly and helpful staff, room was well clean and modern decor with comfortable bed. The only issue I had was that I had an adjoining room and the door was not soundproof. So was able to hear the couple next door arguing for most of the evening. "

"We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall well worth staying here if you need a bed in the area "

"We received a btight cheery welcome with some helpful advice on nearby eating options. The upgrade room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Unfortunately there was a problem with lack of heating, hiwever a portable heater supplied from reception solved the problem. Breakfast was excellent with some quality elements to choose from."

"This is a very convenient hotel close to Skipton with the added bonus of a pool. Some of the rooms are looking a little tired, but hopefully with the rebranding, the rooms will be upgraded. Very comfortable - just a little tired. In high season it’s hard to justify. "
