We have had an overnight stay here on our way up north . On more than one occasion hence we find Ibis affordable and as we have our dog also room is adequate for us .

Filthy dirty smelly hotel, very run down carpets in the corridors are black!! There are cheaper and betters hotels nearby do not stay here unless you are desperate this is an ibis filthy hotel very very poor and below standard

Really good value for a short stay. Lovely staff and i hope to return soon when in area. Getting me a hairdrier and extra towel was no trouble for the staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel

Very dirty and badly kept equipment
this was very basic for the price and the room was dirty and not the only one as someone else also complained the same night said she would not even take her shoes off in her room, found a bug on the bed and neither bedside lights worked and the switch was right behind my pillow, unsafe no socket beside the bed for the phone alarm. will never return and certainly will never suggest to anyone else.

I had pre warned the hotel I would be checking in after 11pm, due to travelling, to which they responded very politely and gave me a number to ring. Upon arrival, I rang the number 3 times but there was no answer. Eventually, the night worker saw me and opened the door. Check in took ages, despite it being totally empty. There was barely any discussion and no manners. The room itself was disgusting. Only two pillows on a double bed with no spare. The bed was hard and uncomfortable . The room was dirty, wood chipped, something brown in the sink, if it wasn’t midnight by this point I’d have asked to move but I didn’t want to upheave my daughter!

Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I found it quite noisy, but I appreciate this is outwith the staffs/hotels control. I would book again. The staff were fab.
