Not enough bar and restaurant staff, only one barman serving 30 people, and he was running the food out as well. Needs more staff , one dedicated to running food and table service, and one bar person , as a bare minimum. Hotel has been done up nicely awaiting to be an IHG hotel.

Very nice staff. Lobby and restaurant modern and recently renovated. Then you enter old and smelly corridors and a moldy smelling room. The smell is very strong. If you are sensitive to mold I do not suggest staying there. Our uber driver called it the smelly sewage hotel. Photo from the gym.

I had made an error in booking and the staff member, I can't remember her name, was really helpful. All the staff I encountered at breakfast and the front desk were really lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the rain shower heads, made the early wake up so much easier.

Decent clean hotel with ample parking decent food etc good little gym . Ok value for money I think hotels are getting silly in general in the uk sorry . Wifi wasn’t as good as flips be in a 4 star hotel .
