"Excellent and very kind staff. The room we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My room was very quiet even though the hotel is attached to Kansai airport. I only know a few words of Japanese but the staff easily communicated with me in English. I would definitely stay here again. A Lawson store us conveniently next to the hotel, as are several restaurants. "

"Well worth the price and the convenience of being close to USJ. The rooms were surprisingly large (for Japan) with a huge Japanese style bath which we definitely took advantage of to soak our sore feet from being on them all day in USJ and the nearby Tempozan/Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. City Walk is nearby for food and some souvenir shopping as well."

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

"Staff are straight face. Theirgreetings are too artificial, can tell that that are just doing their job, not really presenting the sincere hospitality greetings which a hotel suppose to be. May be there is a language barrier, everything I asked were reply with a "No, Can't do" manner. Hope the management can cosider improvement in these areas. "

"The hotel is clean and very near Dotonbori where we spent our entire stays. The room is small but enough for the two of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful but had a hard time communicating. Anyway they are nice and pleasant. "

"This property is really perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. It is a short walk to the park. You can even go back to the room midday for a nap and go back to the park at night. It’s also conveniently located right next to the JR station and there’s a 7Eleven right next door. After a long day’s walking, they have a spa and sauna open through the night.
