"The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer....

Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience. "
