"(1) Stayed 2 nights here, apart from the toilet layout is dated (but they're clean) others area are superb. Decent room width to move around for 3 adults and 3 XL luggages plus hand carries of souvenirs. (2) Their in-room amenities (towels, skincares, shower gel, etc) are all good quality. (3) Room cleanliness is the best comparing to all other hotels i stayed during my trip in Osaka. (4) Looking forward to the hotel upgrade which is happening... hope the hotel could improve the toilet layout to...

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

"The hotel is clean and very near Dotonbori where we spent our entire stays. The room is small but enough for the two of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful but had a hard time communicating. Anyway they are nice and pleasant. "

"Great hotel for costuming universal studios with a family. We stayed in the under water themed rooms overlooking universal walk and the park. Staff were very friendly with fantastic English. They had our bags waiting for us in the room and helped us ship them to the next hotel upon checkout. The staff had stickers for the kids, the cutest peanuts toothbrushes/kid sized slippers/teddy pjs in the lobby, plus animal sponges in the room. Such lovely touches! Location is stellar, next to the train...

"난바 중심지에 최고의 위치 그중에서도 웰컴 라운지를 무료로 이용할수 있었던게 가장 좋았음 몇년전에 갔을때도 깔끔하고 좋았으나 이번 여행에서 더 좋아진 느낌 체크아웃하고 짐 맡기는것도 락커형식으로 된 셀프로 이용할 수 있어서 눈치도 보지 않고 이용할수 있어서 더욱 좋았음 다만 방 크기는 일본 호텔답게 작습니다"
