"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. "Very very friendly reception staff. I go to the hotel at 11am to drop my cases and was allowed to check in early. A massive time saver! Room was great (lovely fluffy pillows) Definitely staying here again"

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Extra towels was provided and free fruit on offer. "
