Fantastic property, so elegantly furnished, beautiful extensive grounds, including outdoor pool. We were so fortunate with great sunny weather, so lunch on the terrace was wonderful. Fantastic breakfast, and all staff were excellent. It was a shame we were only staying for one night. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The spa is very good. Surrounding area is gorgeous, as is the hotel garden. Only a 15min walk into the centre of Bath via Victoria Park / Royal Cresent.

We first stayed her 30 years ago so was interested in seeing if it held up. It did. Rooms are a bit hot but they provided fans. Dinner was outstanding. The best the 5 days we were in Bath. Breakfast was not quite up to par but the staff was excellent in all ways.

Wonderful!
Wonderful stay. Excellent service and was given an upgrade on our room which was lovely. Food was delicious especially the turmeric bread, we had never had it before and it was very tasty. Relaxing spa treatment too. All in all a very special stay.

This was a stunning building, very expensively decorated some years ago, but beautifully kept. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful and the food was divine. A terrace over looking beautiful gardens too. Very peaceful for a reasonably central location. Highly recommend.
