"We stayed here in Nov 2024 for our first 3 nights in Tokyo. Hotel is in an excellent location next to Shinjuku station. The staff are friendly, helpful and English speaking. They sorted out luggage storage and delivery to Kyoto no problem. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was large and firm with space to walk round either side of the bed. "The Blossom Hibiya was located very conveniently to Shimbashi station. The hotel lobby was spacious and roomy and had a great view of the city. The daily breakfast was so good. It had both Japanese and western cuisine. Having the laundry machine was also convenient but the wait time of the machines were long (due to demand) also because the dryer didn’t seem to dry the clothes quickly (both washer and dryer are done in the same machine - soap is provided automatically in the machine so no need...

"The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. In a quiet area, conveniently near, 2 train stations. With a wonderful view of the city and bay Area. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms nice and tidy on a daily basis. There’s a shopping mall, cinema, and food court behind the hotel. One thing to keep in mind, it is a bit out of the way from central Tokyo. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots. "

"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. "Highly recommended for travelers to stay in Yokohama as there is a shuttle bus from Haneda to the door of hotel. The view from the room is magnificent. Walkable to all the attractions. Mall is behind the hotel with plentiful restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back."
