"We only stayed at Hotel Gracery because my son is obsessed with Godzilla. So it was disappointing to find out at arrival that the terrace was closed. The room was small, but the location made up for it. It is in a livelier part of Shinjuku, but we felt safe walking around whether it was late at night or early morning. "Very nice hotel. Room are small by US standards but fine for our visit. The best thing for us was that it was directly connected to terminal 3 of the airport. We had a 14 hour flight into Tokyo and being able to walk across the terminal to our hotel was extremely convenient and easy. We were able to shop a bit before going to sleep. "Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"

The free Disney shuttle is very convenient, and the hotel is located steps from the train with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a very busy hotel. They have a welcome bar with candy for the kids and beer/wine for the parents but in the evening, it is so busy there is nothing welcoming about it. "We had a fabulous stay at the Blossom. It was super convenient to the Shinjuku area with loads of food options. Two convenience stores just outside and it was just a few minutes walk to the train station. Super-quiet!!! Even just 3 floors up on the street side. Beds were great and the room was compact but full of amenities. Huge breakfast buffet! Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to everybody we know. 5 stars!"
