"Great hotel, very near Otorri station. The area is quiet with nice amenities, whilst being only a short (and cheap) subway ride to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a great nights sleep throughout our stay and visited some small local restaurants in the area, which were wonderful. The shuttle bus to and from Haneda worked well for us too. We would recommend this as a great budget hotel."
