"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. I have seen a group Travel coordinator that was bombarding the elevators, laundry room, and seemed to not care for other guests around. Maybe implement smaller groups at a time.
