"Amazing place to stay. Only a short subway trip to Tokyo Station. Close to Disney. Its a nice quiet area surrounded by the busyness that is Tokyo. The only issue I have, among staying at any other hotels is the rude, disgusting and disrespectful tourists. But that in no way is an isolated thing and not the fault of the hotel. Truthfully this hotel has alot less then most."

"Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building."

"Right at Haneda airport; good if you have an early morning flight to catch. Lots of convenience stores for breakfast and many restaurants. I tried the onsen; it was great but I didn't know we should wear/bring along the outfit provided in the hotel room; in any case, the outfit provided is too big. They did provide some near the hotel lobby but it would be better to provide outfits at the onsen itself for hotel guests as I had to wear my dirty clothes back to the room after the onsen. "

"PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. Quick walk to train stations. Unbeatable choice if attending a sumo match at the nearby stadium. Also perfect for visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum when it reopens after the renovations conclude. Excellent Lawson convenience store located on the second floor. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "
