"Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. "if you don't mind walking a few minutes from Tamachi station, this apartment style hotel is way more spacious than any business hotel. It's new, clean with full amenities, very convenient. The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)"

"Our stay was good, clean room, heater helped for the cold days. It kept our room warm. The closest park is 15 mins away so if you have small children or pets there aren’t many parks available. The room had a pretty small bathroom with no bidet sadly, but there was a microwave and stove too which is rare. Overall I’m super happy with the hotel and its proximity to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling solo. "

"We were pretty disappointed w the condition of this place. The walls were falling apart, the plumbing was a mess and the shower was scuzzy enough that I wished I had flip flops on. The dingiest clubs and restaurants of shinjuku had nicer toilets. The only positive about the apartment was the beds. I booked it because there were two large beds in a town that seemed to mostly have small single beds, so that was a plus, but I wouldn’t recommend the place."

"stayed here for my first trip to japan with husband and children. great spacious room and really enjoyed the futon room, dining table amenities and washer dryer. staff was professional, friendly and helpful. there was a pharmacy, family mart, 7-11 and small grocery across the street too. all made our stay very convenient. would highly recommend. "Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small."

The complimentary shuttle to the main town was a fantastic perk, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel boasts breathtaking views, and the breakfast was simply fantastic—plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. We booked three rooms, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
